Our friends Brett and Claudia live near the mountains that lay east of Kaohsiung. On our first visit there they drove us around, showing us the rural sights.

I spotted this pack of dogs behind this fence, seemingly guarding the banana crop that was inside. This one curious fellow poked his nose out to see what I was doing, while the others all bolted as soon as they saw me.
